Heat 3tbsp of oil to fry mustard, 2 onions (cut length wise) until golden brown. Add 1kg of chicken with 50g of this packet contents and fry for 5 minutes or until oil separates. Add necessary water & bring it to boil, reduce the heat & cook in low flame covering the gravy with the lid until the chicken is well cooked. Add 1cup coconut milk/coconut paste, salt (if required) & cook until required consistency is reached. Tasty Chicken Gravy is ready to serve. Chicken fry can also be prepared using this spice mix.
